Welcome aboard to new members Daniel Brennan, Patrick Murphy, Michael Burke, Edward Younghans, and Joe Walsh.
Our next meeting will be held on Friday, October 22. We will have nominations for Division Officers. We will also vote on raising our dues by $10. At the National Convention in July, the AOH voted to raise the national dues and the state is expected to follow suit so we have little choice but to raise ours. A proposal was put on the floor at the last meeting to raise the dues by $10 and we will vote on it at this meeting.
Pete Dunne, the Sheridans and crew did another bang-up job running our family picnic. Many thanks go out to all the volunteers who helped make it such a special day. Please see the article in this letter regarding our Pot OâGold raffle and support your Division by purchasing one and selling a few.

Please also say a prayer for Frank McCoy who has been diagnosed with spots on his lungs; John Keahonâs mom Rita who received a new knee; John Dolan aka âChief Iron Hipâ; Bill Kenney who had a tumor re- moved from his neck; Pete McGovern who had a tumor removed from his noggin and will start radiation therapy shortly; Connie Smith who has completed both chemo and radiation and is now scheduled for surgery; Brain Gal- lagher who experienced heart beat difficul- ties while on vacation at the shore and is now back home in South Carolina; and Sean Collinsâ better half Sally who is recovering from a long bout with shingles which for a time ef- fected her eyesight.
