I hope everyone is enjoying their summer. Our next meeting will be held on Friday, September 18th, at 8pm. On behalf of myself and county president Vince Tyer, Iād like to congratulate and thank all the Division members who helped out with and traveled to the NYS convention in Albany in July. As a result of your dedication, hard work, and hospitality, Pearl River was chosen as the site of the 2011 state convention. It will be an honor to showcase our vibrant Irish American communityto our brother and sister state and national Hibernians. Congratulations to Neil Cosgrove on his appointment to the National AOH Committee for Irish-American Heritage Month.
The Division distributes more than $10,000.00 in scholarships each year and much more than that to charities as well as numerous cultural, educational, and athletic organizations.
